Catchphrases for Coping

We have encouraged ourselves and each other through the use of simple catchphrases or mantras. Expressing these messages fostered some sense of spirit and unity of soul amongst us. Perhaps our thoughts can offer assistance; hopefully, you can adopt or create your own.
